Ever bottle is numbered and every production lot has a small number of bottles in the order of tens.

Naturally occuring vitamins
Aside from vitamins E and K present in most olive oils, Xapa Extravirgin also contains a high level of vitamin D, which is beneficial especially in winter time. Xapa contains high levels of beta-carotene, resulting the yellow-orange color of the oil, comparing it to other oils which have a green-yellow color indicative of a high chlorophyll concentration
Single Blend Olive Oil
Xapa Olive Oil is manufactured, from harvesting through to press, from ONE species, ONE orchard, ONE single uninterupted process. Xapa Olive Oil is not a mix of different olive oils
Why is this so important?
The majority of big producers of olive oil mix the remains of last year’s stock with fresh pressed oil from the current year, thus imprinting the extra-virgin properties back into “dead” stock, refreshing the expiry date of a product that, in our opinion, is not fit for human consumption.
